660.99 PENALTY; EQUITABLE REMEDIES.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 202.99 of the Administration Code, for each offense. Whoever violates or fails to comply with Section 660.04 shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 202.99 of the Administration Code, or shall make restitution, for each offense.
