650.03 VANDALISM.
   (a)   Defined. As used in this section "vandalism" means and includes any of the following acts:
      (1)   Maliciously, recklessly or knowingly damaging, defacing or destroying the property of another person without his or her consent;
      (2)   Maliciously, recklessly or knowingly, by means of fire or explosive device, damaging, defacing or destroying the property of another person without his or her consent;
      (3)   Maliciously, recklessly or knowingly starting a fire on the land of another person without his or her consent;
      (4)   Maliciously, recklessly or knowingly depositing on the land of, or in a building belonging to, another person, without his or her consent, any stink bomb or any offensive smelling compound and thereby interfering with the use and occupancy by another person of the land or building; or
      (5)   Maliciously, recklessly or knowingly and without authority entering into a building, house trailer, motor vehicle, aircraft or watercraft or any part thereof belonging to another person without his or her consent.
   (b)   Prohibited. No person shall commit an act of vandalism upon either public or private property in the Village.
