630.05 POSSESSION OF GAMBLING OR FORTUNETELLING PARAPHERNALIA.

Except as provided by the Charitable Gaming Act or the Video Gaming Act, no person shall possess any article, paraphernalia, instrument, device or thing for the purpose of using the same either directly or indirectly in the commission of any of the crimes of lottery, gambling, gaming, betting or fortunetelling prohibited under the laws of the State or by this chapter.
