630.02 GAMBLING GAMES PROHIBITED.

Except as provided by the Charitable Gaming Act or the Video Gaming Act, no person shall deal, play, carry on, open or cause to be opened or conduct, either as an owner or as an employee, whether for hire or otherwise, any gambling game.
