608.15 TRANSFER OF DOG OR CAT OWNERSHIP.

Whenever the ownership of a dog or cat changes, the new owner shall notify the Village Clerk and pay the Clerk one dollar ($1.00), whereupon the Clerk shall change the records accordingly for such dog or cat.
