450.04 VIOLATIONS.

A violation of any provision of this chapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor, and any operator of a passenger motor vehicle convicted of a violation hereunder shall be fined for each person in the motor vehicle failing to use a safety belt as provided for in this chapter.
