450.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases, when used herein, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 I.L.C.S. 5/5-101: "driver", "motor vehicle", "highway", "passenger car", "roadway" and "street."
