446.07 RIGHT OF WAY OF BLIND, HEARING-IMPAIRED OR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PEDESTRIANS.

The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right of way to any blind, hearing-impaired or physically handicapped pedestrian carrying a clearly visible white cane or accompanied by a support or guide dog.
