(a) Daily Fee. Persons parking a vehicle in a fee parking lot shall pay the daily fee as required.
(b) Payment and Method of. Such parking fee shall be inserted in the coin receptacle provided at the authorized exit, or shall be paid to the attendant, as the case may be.
(c) Operation, Tampering, Damaging Devices. It shall be unlawful to attempt to operate, tamper with or damage the devices installed to regulate entrance to or exit from a fee parking lot, except in accordance with posted instructions.
