438.13 SNOW EMERGENCIES.

(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle on a City street after a snowfall of two inches or more until such time as the removal of the snow from the streets has been completed.

(b) The Chief of Police is hereby directed to place or have placed appropriate signs notifying residents of the Village of the ban imposed by subsection (a) hereof.
