438.11 LIGHTS ON PARKED VEHICLES.
   A motor vehicle which is parked upon a street or highway outside a business or residential district between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise shall be equipped with one or more lamps which shall exhibit a white light on the roadway side visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the vehicle and a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
