438.08 PARKING VEHICLES FOR SALE OR REPAIR.
   No person shall park a vehicle on any street or Municipally owned property for the principal purpose of:
   (a)   Displaying such vehicle for sale; or
   (b)   Greasing or repairing such vehicle, except when repairs are necessitated by an emergency.
