(a) No operator of a vehicle shall park such vehicle on a street when such parking has been prohibited by order of the Police Department and a sign has been erected which indicates that parking is prohibited at designated hours or at all times.
(b) No operator of a vehicle shall park such vehicle on a street, where a sign has been erected by order of the Police Department prohibiting such parking for a longer time than that indicated on such sign.
