438.02 STREET PARKING PROHIBITED FOR LARGE OR NONMOTORIZED VEHICLES.
   (a)   Violations.
      (1)   No driver of a vehicle with a gross weight exceeding eight thousand (8,000) pounds or a height exceeding nine (9) feet shall park such vehicle, or permit such vehicle to be parked, on any street in the Village.
      (2)   No person shall park a nonmotorized vehicle, or permit a nonmotorized vehicle to be parked, on any street in the Village.
   (b)   Penalties. Any person found to have violated the provisions of subsections (a)(1) or (2), shall be fined the following:
      (1)   Two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for the first violation
      (2)   Five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the second violation
      (3)   Seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for any further violations.
   (c)   Towing. Any vehicle found in violation of this subsection (c) or more times may be towed without a pre-towing hearing. The owner of the vehicle will be responsible for the payment of all costs associated with towing.
