438.01 PARKING ON RIGHT SIDE: EXCEPTION FOR ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall park a vehicle against any curb in the Village with the left side of the driver's side nearest the curb.
   (b)   Subsection (a) hereof applies to all roads, roadways and streets in the Village with the exception of the roads designated by proper signs as one-way streets.
