426.07 UNLAWFUL REMOVAL, THEFT OR USE OF DECAL OR PLATE.

(a) No person shall take, remove or carry away a Village decal or metal plate without the consent of the owner of the vehicle for which the same was issued.

(b) No person shall use a decal or plate not specifically issued for the vehicle as provided in this chapter.
