422.02 EXCEPTIONS TO CHAPTER.

   This chapter does not apply to:

   (a)   Any motor vehicle that is kept in a building when not in use;

   (b)   Any historic vehicle which is at least twenty-five years of age; or

   (c)   Any motor vehicle on the premises of a place of business engaged in the wrecking or junking of motor vehicles.
