Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 202.99
of the Administration Code, for each offense, except when such violation or noncompliance may be settled or compromised in accordance with Section 202.99
of such Code.
