412.12 JUDICIAL REVIEW.

Judicial review of final determinations of vehicular standing, parking, or compliance regulations violations under this Chapter, or automated traffic law violations under Chapter 456 of the Codified Ordinances, and final administrative decisions issued after hearings regarding vehicle immobilization or towing and impoundment made under this Chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, 735 ILCS 5/3-1 et seq.
