The 1984 Illinois Vehicle Code, being Illinois R.S. Chapter 95-1/2, as amended, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this Code, except the following portions thereof:
Chapter 4, Article I (Anti-theft laws);
Chapter 6, Section 6-113 (Restricted licenses and permits);
Chapter 6, Section 6-301 (Unlawful use of license or permit);
Chapter 6, Section 6-303 except Chapter 6, Section 6-303(a) where the basis for the suspension or revocation is financial (Driving while driver's license, permit or privilege to operate a motor vehicle is suspended or revoked);
Chapter 11, Section 11-204 (Fleeing or attempting to elude police officer);
Chapter 11, Section 11-401 (Motor vehicle accidents involving death or personal injuries);
Chapter 11, Section 11-501 (Driving while under the influence of alcohol, other drug, or combination thereof);
Chapter 11, Section 11-503 (Reckless driving);
Chapter 11, Section 11-504 (Drag racing);
Chapter 15, Section 15-111 (Wheel and axle loads and gross weights);
Chapter 15, Section 15-112 (Officers to weigh articles and require removal of excess loads); and
Chapter 15, Sections 15-113 through 15-113.3 (Violations).
