290.04 MEETINGS; NO COMPENSATION.
   (a)   The Committee shall meet on an ad hoc basis at the call of the Chairperson or any two members of the Committee.
   (b)   Appointed members of the Committee shall serve without compensation.
   (c)   All Committee meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
