The Special Events Committee is hereby authorized and directed to:
(a) Within budget limits approved by the Board of Trustees, plan for various special events in the Village, including such matters as the tourist attractions, fun runs, parades and community gatherings.
(b) Study the feasibility and make recommendations to the Village Board relating to new special events, analyze the results of completed special events from a community acceptance and financial point of view and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding the continuation of such events.
(c) Study and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding such other matters as may be referred to the Committee by the Board of Trustees.
