There is hereby established in and for the Village an advisory committee to be known as the Special Events Committee. The Committee shall be made up of five members appointed by the President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees and Village department directors. Initial appointments shall be three members for three years and two members for two years. Thereafter, all appointments shall be for three year terms.
