288.06 DESIGNATION OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.

In accordance with 65 ILCS 5/11-10-2.5, the Village hereby designates the Illinois Municipal League as its authorized representative to collect the fees on behalf of the Village of Richton Park Foreign Fire Insurance Board.
