(a) The Committee shall convene from May 1 through August 31, each year.
(b) The Committee shall consist of the following officers:
(1) Chairperson
(2) Vice Chairperson
(3) Recording Secretary
(c) These officers shall be elected by the body of the Committee for a term of one year. Elections shall be held as the first order of business of the first meeting of the year.
(d) The Code Enforcement Officer and staff person shall be ex-officio members of the Committee. They shall have no vote and shall function only in an advisory manner. The staff person, however, may perform property inspections, but shall have no vote in the selection of award winners.
(e) The Code Enforcement Officer shall not be involved in the property inspection process.
