(a) Members shall be selected in one of the following ways:
(1) Volunteers from the community.
(2) An invitation from the Village President.
(3) An invitation from any member of the Board of Trustees.
(4) A referral from other members.
(b) An effort shall be made to keep the membership as diverse and as representative of the community at large as possible and, ideally, shall consist of residents from each of the existing subdivisions, business areas and industrial parks that make up the Village.
(c) Members shall serve until retired by request of the Village President or by their own request.
