270.02 APPOINTMENT, POWERS AND DUTIES AND COMPENSATION OF BOARD MEMBERS; OPERATION.

The Police Pension Board shall be appointed and elected as provided in these Codified Ordinances and shall exercise the powers and perform the duties required of it by law. All moneys and securities belonging to the Police Pension Fund shall be held by the Village Treasurer subject to the order of the Board. An annual list of beneficiaries and a report of funds shall be made as required by law. Members of such Board shall serve without compensation.
