252.04 REFERENCE IN OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.

Any reference to “Fire Chief” or “Chief” in any provision of this Code of Ordinances shall mean the Director of Fire and Emergency Services. Any references to “Assistant Chief” in any provision of this Code of Ordinances shall mean the Assistant Director of Fire and Emergency Services.
