252.01 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES.

There is hereby created the Village of Richton Park Department of Fire and Emergency Services. The Department consists of a Director of Fire and Emergency Services and Assistant Director of Fire and Emergency Services and such number of firefighters as may be approved by the corporate authorities from time to time.
