234.05 SPECIAL COUNSEL.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting the Board of Trustees from employing special counsel, with the consent of the Village Attorney, to represent the Village from time to time, and from paying such compensation to such special counsel as the Board may from time to time determine.
