212.07 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

It shall be the public policy of the Village to adopt the National Incident Management System (NIMS) concept of emergency planning and unified command. It shall further be the policy of the Village to train public officials responsible for emergency management.
