212.06 INTERPRETATION OF CHAPTER.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impair the powers contained in this Code or other ordinances of the Village giving powers to the Police and Fire Departments, but shall be construed, together with existing ordinances now in effect, to preserve the safety and welfare of the residents of the Village.
