A state of emergency established under this chapter shall commence upon declaration thereof by the President of the Board of Trustees and shall terminate not later than the adjournment of the first regular meeting of the Board after the state of emergency is declared. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the power of the Board to declare, by ordinance, a curfew throughout all or part of the Village or adopt such emergency measures as may be required.
