212.01 ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "alcoholic liquor" means an alcoholic liquor as defined by Section 95.05 of an "Act Relating to Alcoholic Liquors," approved January 31, 1934, as amended (Illinois R.S. Chapter 43, Section 95.05).
