208.04 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

(a) The provisions of this chapter shall not prohibit inspections required before and during the term of a license or permit where such inspections are a condition precedent to obtaining such license or permit.

(b) This chapter shall govern inspections in the Village only in those instances not otherwise specifically provided for in this Code.
