208.01 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   Whenever the proper Village inspection authority or his or her authorized agent deems it desirable to make an inspection of premises in the Village, in order to determine the existence of a violation of any of the provisions of this Code pertaining to the health, welfare or safety of the public, he or she shall be allowed entrance to the premises for these purposes if any of the following conditions exists:
   (a)   Entry is with the permission or at the request of the occupant of the premises or of the person in apparent charge thereof.
   (b)   An imminent danger to health, welfare or safety exists.
   (c)   An accident has occurred where an immediate inspection is required to determine if an imminent danger to health, welfare or safety exists.

   (d)   An illegal connection exists which causes storm waters, ground waters and other extraneous flows into the Village sanitary sewerage system.
