202.07 CONFLICTS OF LAW.
   (a)   If any provision of this Code conflicts with or contravenes another provision of this Code, the provision of each chapter, section or subsection shall prevail as to all matters and questions growing out of the subject matter of such chapter, section or subsection.
   (b)   If clearly conflicting provisions are found in different sections of the same chapter, the provisions of the section last enacted shall prevail unless the construction is inconsistent with the meaning of such chapter.
   (c)   Where a conflict exists between any provision of this Code and any provision of the Illinois Revised Statutes, the latter shall prevail.
