§ 117.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The prohibited activities described in § 117.001 shall constitute an ordinance violation subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500. Each activity shall constitute a separate ordinance violation.
