§ 117.001 PROHIBITION OF SURVEILLANCE.
   All surveillance activities by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control which inhibit, threaten or impede interstate commerce and, in particular, the purchase of liquor, beer or wine by Ohio residents at stores located within the city are hereby prohibited.
