(A) Injuring park property. No person shall injure or destroy any property under the supervision of the Board. No person shall alter or remove any park property. No person shall suspend any wires or other objects over any part of any park.
(B) Damaging plants. No person shall alter or destroy any plants on any property under the supervision of the Board, or permit any animal under the control of that person to alter or destroy any plants. No person shall bring into any park any plant or portion thereof.
