§ 93.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violators of § 93.052(C), (D), (E) and/or (F) may be fined $50 for each violation, which fine may be issued by any member of the city’s Police Department or any employee of the city so authorized by the Parks and Recreation Board.
