(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to the charges listed in § 92.003(F), a property owner may be subject to a fine up to $2,500 per occurrence for violation of this section.

(C) (1) Any owner of real estate violating § 92.005, which violation causes the city to begin its own eviction process pursuant to I.C. 32-30-8-5, shall be fined $50 to assist with costs associated in utilizing state law. No fines shall be assessed until at least 30 days after receipt of notice required by § 92.005(F).
(2) Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation, beginning with the thirty-first day following receipt of notice as required by § 92.005(F).
