§ 59.082 CONNECTION OF FLOOR DRAIN OR PIT DRAIN PROHIBITED.

   (A)   Except as provided in §§ 59.066 and 59.083, no person shall connect any floor drain, pit drain, site drain or any other drain subject to receiving oil, grease or gasoline to any sewer either directly or indirectly.

   (B)   Any drain subject to receiving oil, grease, gasoline, other flammable substances, excessive solids, or sand in accordance with §§ 59.066 and 59.083 shall connect only to a sanitary sewer unless specifically authorized by the Director.
