In the event that a user disputes any interpretation or ruling of the Director on matters covered by the chapter, that user may request an appeal before the entire Board of Sanitary Commissioners, which request must be in writing and be made within 30 days of the Director’s action. A hearing will be held by the Board at which time the user may present its arguments on the issue.
