§ 58.149 VIOLATER TO PAY DAMAGES.
   In addition to the fines provided in § 58.141 for conviction of a violation of this chapter, the Sanitary District shall cause to be collected from the violator an amount equal to all damages as are sustained by the District as a result of the violation.
