§ 58.084 MAINTENANCE OF PRELIMINARY TREATMENT FACILITIES.
   Where preliminary treatment facilities for any wastewater or other wastes are required, they shall be operated and maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the owner, at his or her expense.
