§ 58.052 DAMAGE TO FACILITIES.
   When a discharge of wastes causes an obstruction, damage or any other impairment to the POTW, City Sanitary District may assess a charge against the IU and/or septic hauler for the work required to clean and/or repair the sanitary sewer system and/or the POTW, and add such charge or charges to the user’s charges and fees.
