Industrial users shall provide necessary pretreatment as required to comply with this chapter and shall achieve compliance with all categorical pretreatment standards, local limits and the prohibitions set forth in § 58.081 within the time limitations specified by the EPA, the state or the Director, whichever is more stringent.
(A) The national categorical pretreatment standards found at 40 C.F.R. Chapter I, Subchapter N, Parts 405 to 471 are hereby incorporated.
(B) State pretreatment standards are also incorporated into this chapter.
