§ 165.289 STRUCTURE STANDARDS.

   (A)   This structure standards section applies to the following zoning districts: PR; AG; IA; R1; R2; R3; UR; M1; M2; MP; UV; IS; NC; LC; GC; OC; CB; HC; EP; IC; I1; I2; and HI. The intent of the structure standards section is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the zoning jurisdiction of the city and the character of each zoning district by regulating the quantity of primary structures on a lot.

   (B)   (1)   Generally. The following standards apply.

      (2)   Applicability. The maximum allowable number of primary structures shall be one unless indicated otherwise on the applicable layout in §§ 165.085 through 165.108.
