Good, clear, workable construction documents in the form of drawings, specifications, sketches, photographs, manufacturer’s information, color boards, and/or other data related to the location, appearance, illumination, landscaping of the project and/or other factors relating to the criteria set forth in Sections 154.10 and 154.11 shall be presented in quadruplicate with each application. Minor changes on plans may be accepted, but no person shall erase, alter or modify any lines, figures, words or coloring contained in or upon any plans, drawings or specifications filed with the Building Commissioner after they have been approved, or deviate therefrom in the execution of the work proposed without the written consent and authorization of the Architectural Board of Review.
